SMS / Text Message Program

Sessions is a network for finding tennis players to play, operated by Innovus Labs, LLC (“Sessions,” “we,” “us”). This page describes our SMS program so you know exactly what it is before you receive — or send — a text through it.

What this program is

A signed-in Sessions member can invite someone they've played (or want to play) to join the network by text message, using a phone number the member themselves provides. This is a one-time invite, not a recurring subscription — you receive a single text with a link to view and accept the invitation. You did not sign up to receive it; the member who invited you chose to send it.

Message frequency: one message per invite. Message and data rates may apply.

How you end up receiving one

A Sessions member who has your phone number invites you from inside the app — most often right after a match, so they can point you to your own league record if we already have one on file. We only ever text a number a member provides for that specific invite; we do not buy, scrape, or otherwise acquire phone numbers on our own.

How to opt out / get help

Reply STOP to the invite text at any time — you will not receive another text from this program. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@sessions.tennis.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. A phone number provided for an invite is used only to send that invite (and, if you accept and join, for the account you create).
