Terms of Service

Last updated September 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of Sessions, which is operated by Daeda Group, LLC. By creating an account you agree to them. They are meant to be readable; where something matters, it is said plainly rather than buried. “We” and “Sessions” below mean Daeda Group, LLC.

What Sessions is

Sessions lets players post a time and a place to play, ask to join games other people have posted, keep notes on their own matches, and arrange matches with players they find. It is not a booking system, it does not reserve courts for you, and it is not a club.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Sessions. Give accurate information when you sign up — the point of a profile is that the person deciding whether to play you can rely on it. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Playing with people you meet here

Sessions does not vet, screen, background-check or endorse anyone. A rating on a profile is what that player told us, or what a league published; it is not a verification of anything, including who they say they are.

You play at your own risk. Tennis is physical activity and you may be injured. Meeting someone you found online carries the ordinary risks of meeting a stranger. Use your judgement about where and when you play, tell someone where you are going, and stop if a situation feels wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, Sessions is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a game you arranged or a person you met through it.

How to behave

Turn up when you say you will. Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone. Do not impersonate another person or claim a league record that is not yours. Do not use Sessions to advertise, to scrape or bulk-collect other players’ information, or to contact someone who has blocked you.

You can block anyone, and you can report a player or a message. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Inviting other players

You can invite someone you actually know or have played. Invite that person — not a list. Do not upload an address book, do not work through a league roster, and do not invite anyone who has told you, or told us, that they are not interested.

Invitations go out by email only. Sessions does not text people who have not signed up, whatever number is on file for them.

Every invitation carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we honour it permanently: once an address opts out, no member can invite it again. We limit how many times an invitation can be re-sent, and an invitation that is ignored is an answer.

When you invite someone you are telling us you have a real connection to them. If you use invitations to send bulk or unwanted mail, we will close your account.

What you write

Your notes, messages and posts remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them as needed to run the service — showing your post to the people it is for, your note back to you, and a team note to your team.

Notes you write about another player are private, as described in our Privacy Policy. Write them as observations about play. They are not a place for anything you would not stand behind.

Connected services

If you connect a Google Calendar, you also accept Google’s terms for that service, and you can disconnect at any time. If you arrive from CourtTime or link a league identity, that service’s own terms continue to apply to it.

Leagues and ladders

Sessions shows results and standings from leagues and ladders that players take part in, so a player arriving here can see and claim their own record. A league’s name, format and published results are facts about that league; we present them, we do not claim to speak for it, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by a league unless we say we are.

If you run a league and want your standings shown differently, corrected, or not shown at all, write to us and we will sort it out. That address is at the bottom of this page and a person reads it.

Sessions runs its own formats and events, and may add more. Playing in something we run is never a condition of using anything else here, and nothing in these terms stops you playing in any other league.

Availability

Sessions is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that anyone will accept your game, or that a suggested time will suit. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from Settings. It is immediate and permanent, and the screen tells you what goes with it before you confirm. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other players at risk.

Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sessions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you have paid us for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so here and update the date above. Continuing to use Sessions after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of Sessions belongs in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we each agree to that venue.
